OUR CUSTOM INVITATION ENSEMBLES
Utilizing
our extensive experience and creativity, our designer will create an invitation ensemble that will exceed your expectations.
We call it an ensemble because it doesn’t just stop at the invitation. There are many elements to your custom designed
package. During your initial appointment You will be presented with several different options including colors, textures,
enclosures, motifs, font combos and so much more! It’s truly an exciting experience! Please allow 4-6 months prior to
mailing your invitations for this process. Custom Wedding Logos & Motifs can be designed for an additional fee.
How long would it take to get custom invitations made?
Since each invitation is assembled by hand
in our studio, it is best to allow 4-5 weeks for custom invitations. This certainly does vary based on
how busy we are at the time of your order and the complexity of your order. Rush orders are available in
certain instances. Times for programs, menu cards, etc. are generally 2-3 weeks.
How do I get a price
quote for a custom invitation?
Following our initial meeting a quote is generally provided within 24-48 hours.
We price everything a la carte so that you can decide which services you would like to choose (printing, assembly,
guest addressing, etc.)
I need my invitation
printed in another language, can that be done?
Yes. Although we do not have translation services we
can print in other languages if you can provide the written text. We can then do the layout/design for
you. There is no additional charge for this service.
Can I have you print
and assemble my invitations or can I only order blank stock from you?
You can do anything you would like. If
you only want to order the blank stock to make your own invitations it is possible for you to save time and money.
We caution you however that this can be a complex and tedious process. If you would like to have
us print your pieces and you would like to assemble it, we will provide you with a quote accordingly. Or, we can do everything
for - including guest addressing the envelopes, putting the stamps on and taking them to the post office for hand-cancelling
if you would like. Exquisite Invites can provide complete stationery needs including Save The Date, Invitation, Thank You
Notes, Programs, Menu Cards, Escort Cards, printed napkins and even custom monogrammed postage stamps.
What
printing options do you offer?
In an effort to meet the needs of every budget, Exquisite Invites offers
three printing processes including Laser, Off-Set and Thermogrpahy. Laser and Off-set printing are affordable
alternatives to thermography so that brides can spend money on their beautiful layers of paper to create the visual appeal
of their design as opposed to the printing. 90% of our brides choose laser and /or off-set printing. We
are happy to send a sample of the quality of this print at your request.
I do not live in the Orland Area and
cannot come in for an appointment, can I really create a custom design over the internet?
Technology is a wonderful thing! Between e-mail, phone and mailing swatches we can design the
perfect invitation for you. Not to worry, a final proof is generated before your order is printed to ensure
your complete satisfaction with this process.
What is the pricing structure for shipping?
Local orders are typically hand delivered
to each client. Orders outside of the Orlando Metropolitan area are assessed the following shipping charges.
All orders are subject to 7% sales tax. UPS ground shipping charges are as follows:
under $75 order is charged $11.95, $76-150 is charged $14.95. Expedited shipping is also available
in the form of 3-day select, 2-day or overnight UPS.
